Returns Policy

A L Fleming Bridge Shop want you to be happy with your purchases. In the unlikely circumstance that you are not, we offer no objection return-money back guarantee.

We have a no-objection returns policy and will accept back for a full refund returned goods that are sent back within 30 days provided they are in their original, undamaged packaging and still in a saleable condition.

After 8 working days upon receipt of your order, we will not refund the cost of postage.

We are not liable for the costs you incur in returning your unwanted goods to us and suggest that you obtain proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for returned items that go missing in transit.

If any item of your order arrives damaged or is substandard, you must notify us within 3 working days of receiving the order.
